This course has recently been updated and now consists of two parts.

Part One consists of the Anatomy and Physiology Course Manual & The Relfexology manual, this is to be completed at home and alongside your Reflexology Studies.

There are 10 modules and each module works its way through the human body giving you more understanding on how the body works and why we may need to adapt a Reflexology Treatment to suit our clients.

Part Two of the course is designed to teach you the techniques and theory’s behind reflexology. Learning Ingham techniques and charts to support your learning. Students will work on each other on the practical elements of the training.

This Reflexology course is ideal for therapists who are interested in holistic therapies. You will learn how to treat the body as a whole through the soles of the feet.  Reflexology incorporates an ancient pressure point massage technique that is thoroughly soothing and relaxing. It  is a non invasive treatment, ideal for clients with difficulties lying down for a massage or do not enjoy tradition methods of massage.   You are required to complete your anatomy and physiology coursework alongside your Reflexology Course.

Course Duration: Homestudy – Anatomy & Physiology + Reflexology modules are to be completed prior to practical training day/Practical Training – 1 Day 10am-4.30pm
